OUR RETURNS POLICY
There is no Refund or Exchange on any dresses. We can exchange the Dress only if it's damaged or incomplete.
For Damaged or incomplete Dresses we will give shipping label to send it back for exchange.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wilful damage, wear and tear due to negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without approval.
All Stitched Outfits:
Actually we are dealing with more than 150 brands right now with thousand’s of collections, sometimes its not possible to get all stock here in uk. we get daily shipments from brands on order basis. we deliver same as per description provided by brand.
When suits are stitched these are not standard stock items and are stitched to your exact requirements. Therefore when ordering please assure that you give exact details of what size you require. These suits are purchase and stitched to order and as they are Stitched your specific size no refunds are available. On the chance that there is a defect or fault with the customized suit then these can be returned and Kapraye.com will inspect on return and if the defect is confirmed a refund will be offered.Kapraye.com takes photographic evidence of all stitched suits prior to shipping.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS?
For goods received that are not as ordered or are faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number and nature of the problem. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours and explain the returns procedure. Please note that we must be notified of damaged/faulty goods within 1-2 days. We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period.
We take care to ensure that all our goods are in perfect condition. Please bear in mind that the Goods will not be regarded as faulty where they are damaged through inappropriate usage by the buyer.

If our courier cannot deliver your order, the parcel will be returned to us. You will have up to three weeks (from the date we receive the returned parcel) to contact us and arrange for the order to be re-delivered. If you do not contact us within the specified time, we will refund you for the goods. If you still wish to receive these goods after the 3 week period is over, you will need to place a new order again and at the price listed on the website. Unfortunately, any discounts that were valid at the time of your purchase and that are no longer running cannot be re-applied to your order.
Please Note: we do not refund any postage costs. Your refund , or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process after you post the goods back to us. We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns so it will be your responsibility that how you will return your order.
