Any Stitched product will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
1. We make our best efforts to give you the best possible fit but sometimes it takes multiple trials and corrections to get the best possible fit even when you get the products stitched locally. We donot guarantee exact meassurements on stitched dress. Sometimes actual stitched dress delivered can vary in measurements and need some alteration which need to be done by buyer. We donot take responsibilty for any allterations those need to be done by buyer.
We request you to please provide as much precise stitching sizes as possible for us. Our tailors only need ready dress meassurements we will not accept body meassurements.
Costs for stitching will vary between different Collections and will be clearly indicated at the point of order.
We cannot accept responsibility if incorrect measurements are provided and, therefore, it is imperative that accurate measurements are provided.
2. Stitching would be done according to the picture; however there could be some variation depending on the actual fabrics included in the product and on the embellishments available in local market (example laces, ribbon, buttons, tassels, Pearls etc.). Brands often use custom designed embellishments on the dresses for model shoot. These are neither supplied with the product nor available in the local market. Hence we try our best to get and use the closest looking embellishment available in the local market.
3. There are cases where the stitched suit shown in the catalog image is using extra fabric. Sometimes even up-to 2 extra suits. In that case, we try our best to make the most identical design using the single suit you purchased so the Flare of the dress will be less then shown in model pic. IN Long Dresses and Lehenga Dresses sometimes models are wearing hard can on the time of photoshoot which will not come with the dress. If item is not possible to stitch with your given size then we will contact you with the alternate options. If extra material required fulfilling the extra requirement then customer need to pay for the fabric cost.
4. Stitched garments can take between 4 to 6 weeks for stitching depending on launching of collection and on the availability of our in house tailors. The Stitching completion time is calculated from the launch date of the collection. In case of any delay in launch by the brand, the customers are informed and provided with new stitching completion date.
If a garment is required urgently this may be arranged upon request, subject to availability of tailors. You can contact us.
5. The timescale for delivery will only commence once we are in receipt of the completed stitching details.
6. We are except only prepaid order for stitching. For stitching product don’t have return, refund and replacement policy applicable.
7. Changing the pattern, design or style is not possible with all case. If it's not possible customer will be notified in advance.
