For a cancellation or return, email contact@kapraye.com with your order number and the items concerned. You can also use our contact form. You do not need to give a reason for exercising an applicable change-of-mind cancellation right.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Statutory cancellation for eligible online purchases

For eligible UK online purchases, you have a statutory right to cancel: tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. Please keep packaging and labels where possible. This is a legal entitlement, not an additional voluntary returns service.

Custom-made garments

The change-of-mind cancellation exception applies to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised. It does not apply merely because an item is stitched, ordered from a supplier or selected in a standard size. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain.

Faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with details and, where useful, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under your statutory rights and cover reasonable return costs where we are responsible. We do not impose a two-day cutoff on statutory claims.

Return costs and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage where this was disclosed before purchase. For eligible cancellations, we refund the item price and applicable standard outward delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Extra express-delivery costs need not be refunded. Lawful deductions may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection.

Contact us for routing instructions and retain proof of posting. Requesting instructions does not replace or restrict your right to notify us of cancellation. Our currently published return address is:
