Where we deliver

Delivery is available to destinations supported at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see the options available for your order. Some countries or regions may not currently be supported.

UK delivery charges

Normal UK delivery is free for orders up to £1,000. The £20 Fast Delivery (1 Week) option is for unstitched orders only, where offered at checkout. It is not available for stitched orders. Available options and charges are displayed before payment. Please contact us if no suitable option is shown.

International delivery

International charges depend on your destination and order value. Some supported destinations qualify for free delivery; others have a charge. The available rate is shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes may be payable where applicable and not already collected with your order.

Delivery times

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Stitched orders: 3–4 weeks.
  • Unstitched orders: 5–7 working days.

These are delivery estimates, including preparation and courier transit, rather than dispatch estimates with extra transit time added. If you need delivery for a specific date, contact us before ordering so that we can confirm whether it can be met. We will notify you if an agreed delivery estimate changes. Your statutory rights relating to delivery are unaffected.

Tracking and delivery problems

We send dispatch information when your order is shipped. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact contact@kapraye.com with your order number so that we can investigate with the carrier. We remain responsible for fulfilling our delivery obligations.

Packaging and separate orders

Designer presentation boxes are not normally included in standard packing. If you require an original box, contact us before dispatch to discuss availability and any additional postage. Orders placed separately may be dispatched separately.
